Solution
We tackled the challenge by blending our event production expertise with creative community building strategies. Crafting an engaging program that featured a 2 live and virtual stages to satisfy varied audience interests. A token-gated hybrid dance party in the metaverse offered an innovative twist for remote participants, fostering lively virtual engagement, while our team flawlessly handled all logistics, even transforming the sponsor tent into a vibrant social hub that elevated the overall event atmosphere.
CMX Summit 2022 received overwhelmingly positive feedback from both sponsors and attendees, who cited high engagement, an inviting outdoor venue, and an intimate feel despite the event’s scale. Seamless setup and breakdown processes contributed to a smooth experience, with the onsite team’s proactive communication and attention to detail drawing particular praise.
