The conference saw 65 attendees from diverse backgrounds and departments within the Aspen Institute, with 45 joining in-person and 20 virtually. Post-event surveys revealed overwhelmingly positive feedback, with 86% of respondents reporting a clearer understanding of DEI language and 65% noting skill deepening. Moreover, 82% felt a stronger sense of community, and an impressive 95% built relationships with new colleagues. These results underscored the success of our collaborative efforts in creating an inclusive and impactful event that resonated with attendees at all levels of the organization.
