In order to achieve a successful hybrid event, ELC needed a partner who could deliver a hybrid event experience which matched the premier status of their brand. Shortly before the event, SRM had to pivot to deliver the event in an expo hall instead of a ballroom while preserving the same look and feel.
Solution
Saint Rock Media partnered with ELC to deliver an incredible hybrid event featuring a main-stage live stream, in person break out rooms, and exclusive virtual experiences like “Conversations From The Top” and fireside chats. We also transformed the expo hall into a beautiful in-person venue which allowed ELC to accommodate over 40% more attendees than in previous years.
Opening up a virtual component allowed ELC to connect with virtual attendees who had never attended an ELC event in person before. Attendees, speakers and sponsors all confirmed that this was by far the best MLMS yet.
